Recruitment Policy


The recruitment of teachers and staff is the function of Human Resource (HR) department headed by two Directors.
Principal and MD send official requisition for teachers or staff to the HR department on basis of what they float an ad on bdjobs.com.
After receiving the applications, shortlisted candidates are called to fetch an interview.
Successful candidates yet have to take demo classes for two days to prove their credentials. Demo classes are observed by Principal, Vice Principals, Coordinators or senior teachers. Report from them to HR gives them green signal to go ahead with the decision to sign a provisional agreement with the incumbent for three months which may lead to a permanent contract. This is
HR’s job to explain and introduce all Drexel rules and regulations and,if needed, arrange some training sessions for the new recruits.
