Admin is the soul of any organisation. Drexel has carefully set up admin from day one so as to school can run smoothly and effectively.
School Administrator is responsible for managing the daily operations of a school and ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment for students and staff. They oversee academic programs, manage teachers and staff, communicate with parents, and implement school policies. A school administrator also helps plan school activities, monitor student progress, and work to improve the overall quality of education in the school.
To make all activities workable efficiently and effectively, they have been allocated under admin organs.
On the top we have Board of Directors which deals with only policy matter.
Since Drexel International School is a Limited company, it has a memorandum as well as Managing Director (MD) which is an institution by itself. MD conducts Board meeting and looks after overall policy of the school. MD keeps liason with Board of Education and other Govt. Offices, Pearson and British Council.
Principal looks after overall activities of the school. Vital decisions are taken in a meeting with his Vices. Principal plays a decisive role solving any issue that comes across.
Vice Principals work out academic programs based on Pearson’s lay out. They constantly keep interacting with Pearson and British Council.
Event Management Committee carry out all extracurricular activities throughout the year.
Account section deals with all kinds of financial issues.
Human Resource ( HR) does the recruitment job.
The responsibility of executing decisions lies on Coordinators. They are the ones who execute and monitor if everything is followed by the students and the teachers.
