• Tuition Fees are to be paid monthly basis.
• Fees must be paid within first 10 days of each month.
• If the payment deadline coincides with National Holiday or Weekend, the first working day thereafter would be the deadline for payment.
• Late Fine Tk 300 (Three Hundred only) will be charged from day 11 till the end of current month.
• Late Fine Tk. 500 (Five Hundred only) will be charged if paid in the following month.
• If fees are not paid within two consecutive months, student cannot attend classes from the first day of the third month.
• Report Card, TC, Provisional Result, Testimonial, Transcript, etc will be issued only after clearing all dues.
• Payment will be received in the account office (Saturday to Thursday : 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.)  or through Bkash no. 01688103909 ( Merchant), 01688103910 (personal) or through Prime Bank (Account Name: Habibur Rahman, Nizam Uddin, Faruque, A/C No. 2192218002817. )
• If payment is made through bkash or bank, a copy of payment receipt must be submitted / sent to the school account office number – 01688103910 through Viber/ Whatapps/ Massenger.
• Statement Of Entry (Admit Card) of Term Exams must be collected before Examinations on clearing tuition fees till last month of the terms.
• Under any circumstances, there is no provision to refund, once any school fees are paid.
• Lost Fees Books will be replaced at a cost of Tk. 100/- each.

N.B. THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE FEE STRUCTURE AS AND WHEN NECESSARY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE.
